The Centenary of ANZAC is a milestone of special significance to all Australians. The First World War (1914-1918) helped define us as a people and as a nation. City of Canada Bay commemorates those who served our nation this Anzac Day with a number of services and events being held across the city.

Anzac Remembrance under the Stars

Join us for a night of remembrance with a special viewing of the film War Horse.

'100 Years of ANZAC' dawn stand-to

Four thosand people are expected to gather at the memorial for this special Anzac Centenary dawn service to remember those who served, fought and fell. The service will feature the Navy Band and one of Austalia's most accomplished choirs.
A public artwork featuring a giant poppy made up of smaller poppies will be installed on the Brays Bay foreshore.

Five Dock RSL will host a memorial service at the newly-upgraded war memorial at Five Dock Park.

Drummoyne RSL will host their annual Service of Commemoration at the memorial, followed by a sausage sandwich breakfast at Drummoyne Oval, prepared by Drummoyne Rotary Club.
