This Planning Proposal seeks to include an additional permitted use in Schedule 1 to permit development for the purpose of car parking associated with the adjacent Canada Bay Club.

The Planning Proposal is intended to facilitate the provision of additional off street parking to minimise the on street parking impact of the existing Club. Should the Planning Proposal proceed, the applicant will seek to relocate the cul-de-sac on Bevin Avenue.
