The City of Canada Bay has received numerous awards over the years, confirming the City's place as a leader of community initiatives and sustainable projects. The following are some of our recent awards, and the initiatives that won them.


The Keep Australia Beautiful NSW 2013 Sustainable City Award was awarded to the City of Canada Bay on Friday, 26 July 2013. It was a great night as we also won the Heritage Award for our work in the North Strathfield Precinct.  In the community category, All Hallows School were highly commended in the Sustainable Youth Award for the community garden that was established by the children at the school.


Sustainable Cities Awards 2012 - Category: Water Conservation.  We were awarded the Runner up award for Tiny changes, Mammoth water savings initiative.


The City of Canada Bay's Scores on Doors restaurant hygiene program won the prestigious 2011 CHOICE Award for Best Restaurant Hygiene Rating Scheme.
