This February a pop-up festival with music, food and fun is coming to the heart of Five Dock.
Every Thursday night from 5–8pm Fred Kelly Place will come alive with tunes from a DJ, entertainers and plenty of family friendly activities.
As for the eats, Five Dock businesses will be bringing their best! Visitors will have their pick of delicious treats and special offers from surrounding eateries as part of the festivities.
“At its core, Beats and Eats celebrates the heart of our local neighbourhoods – our amazing local businesses,” City of Canada Bay Mayor Michael Megna said.
“This event is an opportunity for our community to come together and have some fun while supporting the wonderful businesses in Five Dock.”
Each week families will be entertained by something new – from a Taylor Swift themed night with prizes for best dressed to a special Lunar New Year celebration, there’ll be something for everyone!
“I encourage you to come down to eat, dance and enjoy the entertainment on offer,” Mayor Megna said.
