Council is seeking feedback on a Planning Proposal and draft Development Control Plan for 25 George Street, North Strathfield (SP 22302).
Planning Proposal
A Gateway Determination dated 11 April 2017 has been received from the Department of Planning and Environment in response to a request for a rezoning review.
The Proposal seeks to rezone the land from IN1 General Industrial to R3 Medium Density Residential and apply new Height of Building and Floor Space Ratio standards to the site. The Minister has delegated the making of the Local Environmental Plan to Council.
Draft Canada Bay Development Control Plan
The Canada Bay Development Control Plan is proposed to be amended to provide site specific built form controls for future development within the Concord West Master Plan Precinct.
The Planning Proposal and Draft Development Control Plan will be on public exhibition from 27 June to 25 July at the following venues and times:
