The City of Canada Bay is well catered for by public transport, particularly for commuters to the Sydney CBD. The main transport services in Sydney (buses, trains and ferries) are all available options for local residents and workers.
The train stations of North Strathfield, Concord West and Rhodes on the Main Northern Line are within the City, and the major rail stations of Strathfield and Burwood are just south of our area. These stations are linked to our suburbs by several bus services that traverse our area.
There are numerous bus routes through the City of Canada Bay, many giving direct connection to the Sydney CBD. These include M50, 439, 502, 504. Other local bus routes connect to the main train stations of Strathfield and Burwood, including M41, 458, 464, 466.
The three main ferry wharves that are serviced by Sydney Ferries in our City are at Cabarita Park, Bortfield Drive, Chiswick and Wolseley Street, Drummoyne.
