Venues for hire
Christmas shutdown period
The Venues team will be out of the office for the Christmas shutdown period from Tuesday, 24 December to Thursday, 2 January 2025.
During this time, as our offices will be closed, we are unable to respond to any enquiries/bookings. We look forward to assisting you upon our return.
Community venues for hire
The City of Canada Bay has a number of unstaffed community venues available for hire ideal for a variety of events such as community functions, special occasions, training sessions, and corporate events. Community venue hire is available for casual and long term bookings.

To check availability or to book online please visit our online bookings portal.
If you have any questions, please email venues@canadabay.nsw.gov.au or phone 9121 0277. The Venues team are in the office Monday through Friday, 8:30am–4pm (excluding public holidays). As our venues are in high demand we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
