To show your location on our interactive map, please ensure your WiFi is turned on and Location Services on your Android, iPhone or iPad are turned on.

How to turn on Location Services on iPhone

You'll find Location Services in your iPhone's settings.

1. Tap Settings → Privacy & Security
2. Tap Location Services
3. Tap the Location Services slider so that it is green/on.
4. Scroll down and tap the icon for your default browser e.g. Safari or Google Chrome.
5. Under the heading Allow Location Access, tap 'While using the app'
6. Tap the Precise Location slider so that it is green/on.

How to turn on Location Services on Android

1. Tap Settings → Location Services
2. Tap the Location Services slider so that it is green/on.
3. Choose “App Permissions.”
4. Turn on the location permissions for your default browser e.g. Google Chrome
