City of Canada Bay Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony

The City of Canada Bay Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony and presentation of Citizens of the Year awards will be held 8.30am Saturday 26 January at The Connection, cnr Shoreline Drive and Gauthorpe Street, Rhodes.  Approximately 30 conferees will receive their Citizenship certificates at this event.  Mayor Angelo Tsirekas will also present the 2018 Citizens of the Year awards in the following categories:

• Citizen of the Year
• Sports Citizen of the Year
• Arts & Culture Citizen of the Year
• Young Citizen of the Year

Entertainment during the ceremony will be provided by Aurora Australis chorus.  There will be morning tea served following the ceremony.
