    Note: Concord Library’s Customer Service Desk is cashless and only accepts EFTPOS payments.

  • Customer Service: Contact our Customer Service team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 9911 6555.
  • Waste Hotline: Call 1300 551 659 between 8am–5pm weekdays for information about bin and bulk household collections, and to report lost, stolen or damaged bins.

Snap Send Solve

  • Reports received via commercial applications such as Snap, Send, Solve do not collect sufficient information for Council to complete the request effectively, which can result in delays in processing. For this reason, City of Canada Bay recommend that reports are submitted here, or by contacting us on 9911 6555 or by email.
