About the author

Millie Lewis is a local children's author and paediatric neuropsychologist. She writes for children because children are magnificent and seem to understand far better than grown-ups that books have just a little bit of magic in them. She loves to write stories with humour and heart, and is a passionate lover of rhythm and rhyme!

Millie has also written Mr Price's Pet Emporium (2022). Her next two picture books, Muffin McFluff and Frankie's Forever Family, will be published later this year.
