With the support of the NSW Government’s Open Streets Program, this year’s Halloween Festival will be bigger and better than ever.
During this event, the street will come alive with a trick or treat trail, face painting, roving performers, live music, street games, and more.

At this year's Halloween Festival, we'll be piloting a Sensory Space designed for anyone needing a little time away from an overwhelming environment.
The addition of a Sensory Space, or quiet area, makes for a more welcoming, inclusive, and accessible event for the community.
Delivered in partnership with Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), the marquee will provide bean bags, headphones and other sensory items. The space is beneficial for people with disabilities and medical conditions; offering a quieter, safe and supportive area for people to retreat to for a short time, to feel calm.
Please note, the Sensory Space is not a social space and children should always be accompanied by a parent/responsible adult when using the space.
There will be first aid hub located near the intersection at Trafalgar Parade.
Council staff and security personnel will be briefed to radio for medical assistance if required.
A lost person may be a child or a vulnerable individual without an accompanying adult. If you find someone who is lost, please inform the nearest security personnel, event staff member or first aid hub.
If you are an adult looking for a missing child or vulnerable individual, please stay at their last known location and inform event staff or security personnel if you are nearby.
It is also a good idea to give your child a card with your contact details on it or write a contact number on your child’s arm.
The Halloween Festival is a big event, and as such, dog owners need to ensure they have a good level of awareness of how their dog/animal behaves in crowds and consider whether the event is suitable for them.
