The Australian Bureau of Statistics provides a full range of Local, Regional, National and International statistical and reference information. 

Standards Australia have launched Reader Room, an initiative which aims to provide no fee, non-commercial limited access to Australian Standards. Users of Reader Room will be provided with three tokens annually which allows them to access available individual standards for 24 hours at a time, at no cost.

Gale delivers essential content to a diverse community of learners. Search and learn about various topics including science, global issues, health and wellness, home improvement, gardening, psychology, criminal justice, and much more. 

Infobase Learning Cloud is an online software training video tutorial resource on the most popular software topics covering more than 500 applications on both PCs and Macs.

The Multicultural Health Communication Service provides up to date information on a large range of health issues, presented as fact files in over 60 languages. 

National Geographic Virtual Library is a cross-searchable platform for research insight from journalism's most trusted name in exploration and discovery. 

Help your kids make smart choices about who and what they find online. The Australian Communications and Media Authority gives the following tips for parents:

• Spend time online with your kids
• Help your kids use the Internet as an effective research tool
• Teach children that online information is not always reliable
• Teach your children 'netiquette'
• Chat safely and be aware of online stranger danger
• Set rules
• Be involved
• Teach your kids ways of dealing with disturbing material.
