Transport

If you're planning to come along to Ferragosto but haven't organised transport, you may be interested in using our free event shuttle bus! Check out the route map below or online using our interactive event map.

The service will operate in a loop along Queens Road/Fairlight Street, Ingham Avenue, Lyons Road and Harris Road. It will run approximately every 30mins from 9:30am–12pm, 1pm–3pm and 3:30pm–5pm.

With road closures in place, anyone attending is encouraged to plan ahead or keep it simple by cycling or walking to Ferragosto.

Changes to public bus routes

There will some changes to public  bus routes due to road closures on Ferragosto festival day, Sunday 18 August from 3am to 11pm. 

Changes will impact the following routes:

  • 438X and 438N
  • 490
  • 491
  • 492
  • 502
  • 530
